RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We firmly stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it for an exchange or refund. The item must be returned in its original packaging. Sorry, shipping and handling costs will not be refunded. Returns that are lost in shipping or returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) will not be refunded.
The procedure for returns or exchanges is as follows:
Contact our Customer Service Department by email at info@excitingextracts.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization number and return instructions. We generally respond within 3-5 business days to all return requests.
When you request a return for refund or exchange, you will be asked to provide the following information:
- The original order number and/or your complete name, address, and billing phone or email address
- A detailed explanation regarding your reason for returning the item(s)
- Information about whether you would like a refund or a replacement
Write the Return Merchandise Authorization number given to you by Customer Service on your mailing label and include a copy of the email you received from our Customer Care Department with your return.
For your security, please return your package with carrier that allows shipment by GROUND with tracking (UPS ground / FedEx Ground / USPS Priority mail). Please retain a receipt for your records. This will protect you in the event that the item is damaged or lost in transit.
Refund Policy
Once your return is received, it will be processed within 10 business days. A credit will be issued to your original method of payment for the full purchase price of your order excluding shipping and handling and any separate fees. Exciting! Extracts is not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
International Refund Policy
There are no refunds or exchanges for International Orders.
